ICT
Information and communications technology is an extensional term for information technology that stresses the role of unified communications and the integration of telecommunications and computers, as well as necessary enterprise software, middleware, storage and audiovisual, that enable users to access, store, transmit, understand and manipulate information.
In simple words the main goal of ICT is to provide a better communication format for the people using the technology including software, middleware, hardware and others to transfer information/ knowledge from one to another.
Information – information is the data processed by computer. It is the final organized and arranged data for the better utilization by the user.
Communication – It means sharing of information such as thoughts, ideas or others from one to another using a medium.
Technology – It means the conceptual knowledge or process which finalize in digital form. Technology is the application of scientific knowledge to the practical aims of human life or the change and manipulation of the environment.
